Kevin Winfield has 15 years experience in designing and delivering class leading IT solutions to large organisations. Introduced to the world of recruitment at Robert Half International in 1998, he was responsible for delivering an entirely new infrastructure across the business, and oversaw the successful deployment of the first Windows version of Bond’s Adapt recruitment CRM product. His strong foundation in technology solutions ensures that Kamanchi stay abreast of the latest initiatives, which enable our clients to benefit from technology where it brings a clear business benefit to their operation.
  
Jane Rees has worked in recruitment for over 20 years, working to Area Manager level. As such, she brings a huge amount of recruitment knowledge to the company, which enables us to tailor our solutions and approach exactly to the needs of the recruiters with which we work.  Jane leads the support and projects teams within Kamanchi, ensuring that our resources are always focussed on delivering quality in everything that we do. Jane also oversees Adapt integrations and consultancy area, which is the core of our business to date – enabling our clients to achieve productivity and efficiency gains from their Bond Adapt recruitment systems.
