Raymond Pennie has held senior project roles within recruitment for the last 11 years. As a chartered accountant, Raymond has directed projects within global and PLC recruitment companies, changing their Back and Front Office recruitment systems and implementing electronic timesheet and billing systems.

Raymond's passion is efficiency; integrating systems together to get the improvements needed to make business profitable and providing specific management information for recruitment companies.

Raymond is a member of the APSCo Executive Committee, in his second year. Raymond is also the Co-Chair of the APSCo Technology Forum.
