Kamanchi was founded in 2002 by Kevin Winfield and Jane Rees: 2 people passionate about both IT and recruitment. It is this strong foundation in the technology relevant to the recruitment sector that puts Kamanchi ahead of its competitors.

Kevin and Jane were joined in 2009 by Raymond, who brings with him a strong project management background, also gained in the recruitment sector.
