Party the night away, on Kamanchi...

If you've recently received an email from us introducing our Free Christmas Party referral scheme, here are the terms and conditions. If you haven't received the email, are an existing client, and would like to, please email us now!

We’ve kept the Terms and Conditions simple, because we really want to pay for your Staff Christmas Party – we don’t want to squirm out of it!  So here goes:

1. The lead or referral must be received by us in 2009, via email.
2. Previously given references to new business are INCLUDED in the offer, providing they were received in 2009
3. Each referral must result in a face to face meeting between a Kamanchi director and a decision maker or key person within the target business
4. The referral must be a company which we are not already in discussions with, or have not already made contact with – ie genuine new business only
5. If we have already made contact with a referral or lead you give us, we will let you know as soon as possible (within 5 days) of receiving your lead. 
6. In the above situation, if your referral or recommendation proves to be (in our opinion) a deciding factor in a new client choosing us as their provider, we will honour the referral and include it in the offer anyway
7. The target company must enter into an agreement for ongoing support services with us before 1^st April 2010.  Paid-for membership of the Kamanchi Buying Club only does not count If the target company does not enter into an ongoing support contract with us, but does engage us for other one off professional services, we will include the referral in the scheme providing the professional services delivered exceed a value of £10,000 in the first 12 months of the referral.
8. The maximum financial contribution to your staff Christmas party will be £100 (exc VAT) per permanent employee as detailed in your accounts, or £6000, whichever is the lower.
9. The amounts will be paid as a credit to a Kamanchi invoice (or several invoices), between January and May 2010.  You have to remain a customer of Kamanchi to receive the credit.
10. Any outstanding invoices beyond payment terms need to be settled prior to us applying credits to future invoices.
11. Any customer currently out of contract or otherwise without a signed current contract will be required to re-sign their contract before credits are applied.
12. If your referral successfully turns into new business for Kamanchi, and your company subsequently receives money towards your Christmas party 2009, you agree that we may use this fact in any marketing or publicity materials, and you will provide us with a quote or comment to that effect which we may then use.
13. Er… that’s it.  Oh, and it would be great if you invite us (since we’re paying!) – but that’s up to you!
